Rentable Empty Apartment Buildings

Hello! My name is Marienne, and I would like to suggest turning some of the currently empty buildings in Bloxburg that have fire exits into rentable apartment buildings, similar to the apartment buildings you would see in New York City.

There are several buildings around Bloxburg that look like they were designed to be apartments, but they are currently unused. It would be great if players could actually rent these spaces and turn them into their own homes.

How I Imagine It Working:

Players could rent an apartment unit inside one of these existing buildings.

The outside design of the building would remain unchanged so the building still fits naturally into Bloxburg.

Players would be able to fully customize the interior of their rented apartment, including furniture, walls, flooring, decorations, and layouts.

Different buildings could have different numbers of available apartments and different rental prices depending on their size or location.

The fire exits and existing exterior features could remain as they are, making the buildings feel more realistic and functional.

Why I Think This Would Be Great

These buildings are currently just sitting there, and they can feel a little empty and unused. Turning them into apartments would give them an actual purpose while also adding a completely different way for players to live in Bloxburg.

It could also be especially fun for players who enjoy roleplaying. Apartments would make it easier to create realistic city-style neighborhoods, roommates, apartment communities, landlords, tenants, and even different lifestyles without everyone needing to own a traditional house plot.

I think the New York City-style apartment concept would fit Bloxburg really well because it would make the town feel more populated, realistic, and alive while giving players another housing option.
