A new way to save and export custom stuff such as furniture,doors,windows,tables etc.

A new button in-game that allows you to favorite a specifically selected single item this will save that item in a new favorites tab where they can go to another plot and export this at the cost of its original value allowing players to save their custom creations to be used in multiple plots saving time and hassle

-Possible other option; this could potentially also be uploaded to a public custom creations gallery for others to use or privately shared between friends (Potential risk of the spread of inappropriate custom creations)
