Add a School, Cafe, and More NPCs to Enhance Town Liveliness

We still need a school a cafe in town would be great along with a update to bff supermarket with more food and to make bloxburg look more alive would be to add npcs around doing stuff walking and driving around I feel like that would be a great touch since there’s not many people in servers
