Neighborhood hosts should be able to have a saved plot. This could be added as a setting in the neighborhood hosts tab. For more detail, if someone were to join the hosts neighborhood, that saved plot cannot be selected by anyone other than the host. This would be beneficial in case a neighborhood runs out of plots and the host is unable to spawn in their own neighborhood.
