Suggestion: the ability to rotate regular items on every axis

Use cases:
Y-axis rotation: to finally be able to rotate wall items (main use would be to have tilted photo frames.)
Y-axis and Z-axis rotation: to create knocked over items, upsidedown furniture, or oddities such as a couch stood on its side.

This could be free (<- preferred), included into the "transform plus" gamepass (<- also acceptable, and makes sense), or a gamepass of its own.
