Enhance Build Mode with Decals, Roof Fixes, Room Lighting, and Job/Skill Advancement

please allow us to place decals in build mode, fix roof coming through the top of the walls, fix lighting from other rooms going into other rooms, allow us to level up jobs, and skills way faster.
