A tech store. You can buy a phone in there and equip it on the avatar selector. When clicking the phone, you equip a phone. Your hand gets occupied by the phone. The phone you bought will appear as the phone you are holding. If you buy that phone, you have extra features. THIS IS ONLY A EXAMPLE!
Phone 1: having a camera and photos app
Phone 2: everything from phone 1 and can order things by the phone (Pizza, Burger, etc).
Phone 3: everything from phone 2 and a TV app on your phone.

Second floor: the supermarket. You arrive at it with an escalator, and the store has a looooot of options. Like an IRL store.
You enter at the gym going inside the supermarket, at the first floor there is an entrance inside to go to the gym.
