Enhance Grocery Store Items, Cultural Avatar Customization, and Wallpaper Decals

Hi! I would like to suggest more grocery items such as shelves, carts, and displays. Cultural related items for the Hispanic and African communities. Also adding the ability to make avatars without money and redoing how you make avatars overall. Adding the ability to put decals on wallpaper would also be nice for custom wallpapers.
