Please read everything until the end, as I truly believe this makes a TREMENDOUS impact on how much players like to play and build in Bloxburg

When the new map was released, the lighting was changed, making builds a lot more realistic and higher quality-looking (it really made a big big big difference to how the game felt). However, it was changed again, bringing it back to a very similar version to what it was before the map update. This was due to social media pressure (some players claimed it "ruined their builds" due to how different the new lighting was)

I was so disappointed with this decision that a few of my friends and I went around and asked thousands of players (yes, thousands!) which lighting they liked more. Overwhelmingly, players liked the "new map lighting" better (I'll call it the old lighting for convenience purposes from now on). Now most players didn't even know the lighting was ever changed, but the ones that did pretty much all preferred the old lighting

Besides just on the looks basis, I think it also just logically makes a lot more sense to have the old lighting, and I will explain why

1. It is much easier to work with. The old lighting had rooms pretty well lit by default, and it was very easy and nice to work with when you wanted a nicely lit room; many times. trying to get your rooms well lit now can be THE most annoying and unrealistic part of building on Bloxburg

2. It was BY FAR much higher quality looking than the lighting we have now. I always ask people to rate my builds from 1-10, and when the old lighting was around, I got an average score of 10, after the old lighting was removed, the average dropped to a 7-8 (the old lighting really did make builds look so much nicer and higher quality)

I would give at least 3 more points, but I'm reaching the letter limit.
It gave a much nicer feeling when building and playing on Bloxburg with the old lighting
