The money system really needs to be fixed in this game, Items are so expensive and selling a plot to buy a prebuild etc is a RIP-OFF!! My plot was worth over 700k and when I sold it I only 400k.....W**. Also the cost of a new home should take the price of your old home off the price, just like in real life.
