Being able to save houses you deleted to build them again but you pay to build the private prebuilt YOU made. And you can name them. It would help if you have an idea for a house, but you made a perfect house a long time ago. It’s just you can’t exactly build an exact version of it. This exists in many games that you can build, and I don’t know why it’s not in this one, but it would be an awesome update!
