This is probably my biggest idea. Instead of Halloween only being about buying items, they could temporarily decorate parts of the town.

🍩 Halloween bakery

🎃 Pumpkin-selling stand
🎠 Halloween fair
They could add:
🎡 Small Halloween Ferris wheel
🎠 Spooky carousel
🎪 Halloween tent
🎯 Pumpkin target game
🥫 Knock-down-the-cans game
🍎 Apple bobbing
🪙 Halloween prize booth
🎃 Pumpkin decorating station
Nothing too scary—just a cute family autumn festival.
