[ EXTRA FLOORS & BASEMENTS! ]

A rather simple addition, this update would increase the levels of floors & basements you can build! Not only would it increase the height limit from 6 to 10 floors, but it would allow up to 3 lower floor levels (basements)!

This would mostly be useful for large underground parking garages and hotels, though it could also serve to be rather helpful for some house-based underground garages!
