Add an "interact tool" to Build Mode.

Can be used to turn lights on and off, open and close doors, windows, blinds, etc.

I think this would be useful so you don't have to exit build mode and run to wherever a thing is to open/close it. Especially useful for placing things in kitchen cabinets.
