Introduce a House Gallery for Commissioned Builds in Bloxburg

I'd like to suggest adding a House Gallery to Bloxburg, similar to The Sims 4's Gallery, but only for houses.

House commissions are already very common in Bloxburg. In chat you can often see: "Can somebody please build me a house?" However, commissions can lead to scams. The builder might finish the house and not get paid, or the player might pay beforehand and get scammed by the builder.

A Gallery could make this much safer.

Builder Mode:

Players wouldn't be able to upload a house directly from their normal plot. Instead, they'd need to purchase a new Builder Mode, which could cost something like 5–20 Robux or 200–400 Bloxburg currency.

In Builder Mode:

-You'd have unlimited money.
-You'd have access to all gamepasses.

However, you couldn't transfer a Builder Mode house to your normal plot for free. To buy it, you'd have to pay the full cost of the house and purchase any gamepasses you don't own.
This would prevent Builder Mode from replacing the normal economy.

To prevent spam/farming, uploaded houses could have to be worth at least $10,000, and there could be account-age and anti-abuse requirements.

When finished, the builder could:

Upload it publicly to the Gallery.
Save it privately.
Do both.
Leave and discard the plot.
Buy it for their own plot.

The Gallery:

The Gallery could be accessible through the phone and Build Mode.
Players could browse by:
-Most recent
-Most popular
-Price
-Tags/styles

Every house would have a unique ID.

Players could also search for a username and see that builder's houses.
Each house could have likes, dislikes, comments, tags, and a link to the builder's profile.
Players could save houses to their private Gallery to buy later.
There could also be an in-game messaging system so players could contact builders.
Basically, it would be a small social media platform inside Bloxburg, focused entirely on houses.

Buying Houses:

When buying a house, the player would pay:

-The full cost of the build.
-The Robux cost of any required gamepasses they don't own.

They could either replace an existing plot or purchase a new one (for the additional price of B$300)

Builder Payment:

Builders should receive compensation when someone buys their house.

If possible, I think Robux would make the most sense.
One possible starting rate could be around:

0.15% of the house's total value: Bloxburg money + B$

The developers would obviously need to balance this.

For example:
$250,000 + B$700 = 250,700
250,700 × 0.15% ≈ 376 Robux

The percentage could increase slightly for more expensive houses, idk if a $10,000 house is worth 15robux.

Builders who don't want Robux could instead receive Bloxburg money or B$.
The exact rates would of course need testing to prevent people from farming Robux by repeatedly buying their own houses.
For Bloxburg cash I propose:
aproximately 33% of the build's value,
And for B$:
Approximately 29% of the equivalent Robux payout.

Builder Credit

When somebody buys a house, the builder's username would appear underneath the owner's username, above the mailbox:
(Built by: @Username)

This would remain until the house is completely bulldozed.
That way, players couldn't easily claim that they built a house themselves, while still being free to modify their purchased house.

This would turn something players already do, house commissions, into a safer in-game system. Players could find and buy houses without trusting strangers with their plots, while builders could showcase their work, receive credit, and potentially earn from it.
It would also make building more social, give builders an incentive to create higher quality houses, give players who aren't good at building an easier way to find a house they like without needing to commission someone directly.
I feel like it would also add a lot of new players to the game, or make ones that quit come back.
