What if u made a game pass for players to buy for them to own a building in the town like a landlord type thing and they have npc tenants who pay u to live there but things break that u have to fix and if u dont fix them the tenants deducts the cost to have it repaired the benefits of this idea are it's great for role-playing ppl get a weekly income and it's a great way for learning what it's like to own a building with tenants irl
