Add apartments to Bloxburg!

I feel like a lot of players would appreciate this update. With the new map with a lot of empty buildings (especially the empty areas that might still be on top of some shops), i think making apartments for players would be a fun idea.

Players can use this to decorate interiors without having to build an exterior, which is great for players like myself who are better at interiors then exteriors. It also will help with roleplay, like if you have a kid moving out for the first time, its unreasonable to expect them to get a home right away.

I have no doubt this would be hard to implement, as some buildings have different shapes/layouts, so if you save your build you might not be able to place it anywhere but the same plot, etc, which can be hard if someone else in your server also is using the same plot. I bet though, if there is more demand, this could be worked around.

If something, the apartments could be its own thing outside of where i suggested it, and can be used to take up a lot of the empty space on the map to give you more reason to visit somewhere that isn't the side of the map your plot is on, but I think it just makes more sense to add them in the city, as there's so much empty space, I cant imagine what else would go there. It kinda takes me out of the game a bit with how many buildings have no use!

Also gives players to be a reason to be in the city, as I feel like even with everything there, there isn't a lot of reason to be there for more then a few minutes. The night and day cycles are only so long, moods stay up for only so long, and with how long it takes to drive there from some of the neighborhoods people like myself don't often find reason to go into the main city for much, so apartments would give you reason and more time to wonder around. I also feel its just realistic. In a lot of cities, apartments are on top of shops and buildings on the main level. You could also roleplay as being an owner of a store below and living on the top level, etc. I feel like it would be a fun addition!
