Harbor and Boating Update:
-New Jet-skis
-New Speedboat
-Ability to build on the water for sunset pointe plots and dock vessels at them (any structures built in this area can only appear at these plots OR when submerged in a pool.
-All watercraft can be launched from the harbor [left of the] pier, or at a designated location on a plot. These vehicles can be purchased in build mode and require a trailer to transport and launch.
