Decals for some players or white and cannot see them

I think the images in the frame are bugging I thought it was just me but it also happened to my friend. The images are not loading and the other pictures are missing, just a blank frame.

Decals, both uploaded by myself and other players, have disappeared from my builds. It doesn't seem that ROBLOX moderated them, but on Bloxburg they have started disappearing over the past 2 weeks....
