Bug: Unable to perform actions in private neighborhoods

Steps to Reproduce
- Do any action in your plot (ex: sit in a chair, eat, etc)
- The character won't do the action if it's in private neighborhood
Explanation
Hi dev team, i cannot click any action in my house if i go to any private server / neighborhood. If i go to the public one is behaving normally, i've tried to reset my server by changing the mic setting in the neighborhood to force the restart but still no avail. I've also tried in another device to see whether it's a device related issue or not but it still happened. And also I asked another player to do the same thing but still got the same issue.
