Cake Duplication Exploit During Plot Unloading

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have two players in the same server.
2. Player A places a cake near the edge of their plot, close to the sidewalk.
3. Player B stands next to the cake.
4. Player A switches to another neighborhood/server.
5. There is a brief delay before Player A's plot fully disappears.
6. During this delay, Player B picks up the cake.
7. Once the plot unloads completely, the cake has already been collected, resulting in item duplication.

Explanation

There appears to be a cake duplication exploit related to plot unloading when a player switches neighborhoods. During the short delay between a player leaving and their plot fully unloading, items placed near the plot boundary can still be interacted with by other players. This can be used to duplicate cakes.
