Pool floats and lanterns disappearing or glitching

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to pool items and put any float or lantern on the pool
2. Wait a little bit or even leave and rejoin
3. Observe that the floats disappear from the pool and sometimes glitch and appear for a second or two
4. Note that this glitch may occur more frequently in high populated servers

Explanation

Any item that sits on top of pool water either disappears or glitches. I was roleplaying with my pool for the summertime, and realized that my pool floats and lanterns would always disappear, some of them would randomly appear at random times and I would sit on them. But then it would disappear again and I would get kicked from the server. Im not sure if this is a glitch or anything but I wanted to report that. I have had to repurchase many pool floats in the game around 3 times already, not knowing what happened to the other ones.
