Steps to Reproduce

1. Click respawn on the roblox esc menu
2. Open the minimap
3. If it still looks normal, try being reset by any of the in-game bugs that cause your character to be reset, as these usually cause the glitch
4. Check the minimap
5. The full screen map still works, but the minimap shows completely blank

Explanation

Respawning (especially after being reset by bugs such as the vehicle bug and gelatin cake bug) has the chance of breaking the minimap, causing it to display nothing but your player marker on a black background
