Permission Settings Not Saving After Leaving and Rejoining the Game

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join any server or neighbourhood
2. Change any permission settings for any role
3. Leave the game
4. Rejoin any server

Explanation

There has been a bug, which has not been resolved for over a few months now and was confirmed to be affecting multiple people (if not all), where the permission settings do not save after leaving and rejoining the game. If you have previously changed the permission settings in another server in the game, it is not saved, and when you rejoin, it puts the permission settings back to the default options no matter what role or options you changed, or whether it was a public server or a neighbourhood.
