Explanation

I can't buy any of the prebuilt houses available even though I have all the gamepasses I needed and I have all the money I needed to buy the prebuilt house I wanted to buy. No matter what I do, I can't buy a single one. Everytime I try to buy a prebuilt house, a message says "E_PlotPurchaseInvalidName" appears, and I don't receive the prebuilt I tried to buy and my money in the game did not decreases. Please fix this, I'm saving up for Sunnydale Suburbs but how am I supposed to buy it if the game keeps glitching?
