Bug: Permission Settings Not Saving in Game

Steps to Reproduce
- Fix the permission settings not saving.
Explanation
Permission settings will not save and even if I toggle some, they will still revert back to the default. For example, if I toggle the “use radio” option for guests to green, they still cannot use radios. Please change it so that the permission settings actually save when people join new servers. Thank you!
