Plot chunks disappear in build mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter build mode
2. Place items, walls ect across all edges of the plot
3. Reach at least 10% plot data (ideally 15-20)
4. Wait a few minutes, move around a bit
5. (Exit and re-entering build mode makes it worse)
6. (Re-joining may briefly help)

Explanation

Large chunks of my plot will disappear while in build mode. It has happened around all sides of the plot-edge, but mostly the far left side. If I have a floor placed both in the loaded area and the area that unloads the floor stays. I can place items on the ground (if it’s loaded) and I can also place walls but they disappear immediately after placing. I’ve had the disappearing chunks re-load very briefly (1-3 seconds) but more often then not it will not re-load at all. This issue happens almost any time I load and has been going on for a few months, it happens shortly after joining/ entering build mode (within 2 minutes). My largest plot which this happens the most frequently to is still only about 19%
