Steps to Reproduce
- I dont really know how else to put it than I did in the description
Explanation
Decals reset. I thought I was just lagging at first, but the decals arent working. I was playing in my neighborhood when I noticed that my decals werent loading, but since i have a big plot loaded (a town) I thought I was lagging. This continued to a more empty plot (less than 5% plot data) and I rejoined to help reset the decals. This is when I realized my decals were gone. I tried to put some back in but stopped when I realized it still wasn't working.. I dont know if this is a user error or a bug. This also happened to another person I talked to
