Explanation
Hello again, this is me from before (the recent decal one), Ive discovered something else very weird. I joined on an alt account on the same wifi and I still cannot see the decals on that account despite my friend being able to see it, OK NEVERMIND NO ONE CAN SEE THEM NOW I asked other people in the server
