Decals and Images Not Loading Consistently in Builds

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place down a frame (It's happened specifically to me with the poster, taped photograph, square decal, and wide painting)
2. Click to change the decal
3. Search for a decal with Chinese on it (Scriptures, ads, signs, etc.)
4. Choose one

Explanation

Pretty much whenever I put in decals or images to my build, it doesn't load. It only loads a select amount of times, and sometimes it'll load when I first put it in and then disappear when I rejoin. For example, my build is based in China so I've been trying to add in Chinese scriptures and advertisements, but they won't load. They will load with other items, though, like the preset ones and a Japanese one. I don't know if it's because of my build data, but I doubt it is.
