Bug: Item Placement Requires Double Click on Mobile

Steps to Reproduce
- Use a mobile device
- Go into build mode and choose an item to place
- See if you can move the item the first time you click on it
- Click cancel and click the item again to see if you can move it the second time
Explanation
Any time I want to place down an item while playing on mobile, it won't place the first time I click on it. By that I mean that in the build menu, I have to click on the item I want to place twice to allow me to move it. It doesn't happen on my PC, but I almost always play on mobile and it happens every time.
