Decals and Paintings Not Loading on Specific Plot After Roblox Update

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load my plot called apartments.
2. Wait for the plot to finish loading.
3. Click a painting and select any uploaded/community image (or one of my previously used images).
4. The painting stays blank instead of displaying the image.
5. Built-in Bloxburg paintings may work, but uploaded/community images do not
6. Load my second plot and repeat the same steps. On that plot, the images load normally.

Explanation

Decals and paintings not loading this only affects one specific plot. Other plots load normally.
All paintings on that plot stay blank any uploaded images or your own uploaded images except built-in Bloxburg images.
The issue started after updating Roblox.
The plot itself also loads furniture more slowly than your other plot.
I have tested on multiple devices (phone and iPad) and accounts, so it isn’t just one device.
Separate account cannot see it on the plot too
