Wall Items Duplicating and Moving on Wall Trim

Explanation

so when i placed these wall items on a wall trim the whole wall trim (shown in the pictures) the items would literally duplicate it happened 3 times now at first it was 2 painting next to them 2 wall lights they duplicated the next day had to delete them and replace they duplicate AND they move a little to the right or something next was the two wall vines they bacame 4 same thing delete now it the wall fan it was one in the middle and it literally duplicate and actually they like do not stay in place they move and duplicate. disclaimer: i didn't do these , no one hacked my account and no one uses it but me so yeah. i couldn't select the other pictures but here's what i attached
