Steps to Reproduce
- Place the Balloon Figure kit somewhere on your plot
- Get out of build mode and interact with the item
- You will notice that after selecting to buy one of the options of balloons you would not have the item
Explanation
When i try to make a balloon using the Balloon Figure Kit it doesn't work. I tried rejoining or placing it on a higher ground but it still didn't work. After selecting to buy one of the options of balloons it will go along with the animation but at the end you will not have the wanted balloon, it will not take money and you will be slightly stuck in the ground.
