Character Customization Issues: Unable to Change Face and Hair

Steps to Reproduce

1. I tried using no other accessories or clothing but it was still an issue.
2. Also tried leaving and rejoining the game.
3. Also restarted my device.

Explanation

When I try to go into the character customization, I am not able to wear a face, no matter if it’s my standard avatar face or a different one. And I can not wear a top in accessories because I have to use my default accessories to be able to get a face? and when I use a different hair it does not show up once I leave character creation. I feel we should be able to wear multiple accessories like normal, while having a face of our choice from the face section, and be able to wear any hair.
