Tutorial Not Completing and Plot Purchase Error in Bloxburg

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join Bloxburg with your account.
2. Spawn into the game.
3. Open the house menu and select any prebuilt house.
4. Confirm the purchase.
5. The purchase fails and the error “E_PlotPurchaseInvalidName” appears.

Explanation

Hello! I’m experiencing a bug with my Bloxburg account.

I received the starter house, but the tutorial never completed correctly. The moving truck never appeared, and Tom is still stuck on the welcome dialogue. I don’t have any tutorial quests anymore.

I sold my starter house, and now I’m unable to purchase any prebuilt house. Every time I try, I receive the error “E_PlotPurchaseInvalidName”. This happens with every house, even though I have enough money.

I’ve tried rejoining different servers and the issue still happens.

Could you please check my account and reset or fix my plot/tutorial progress?
