Unable to Purchase Prebuilt Houses in Bloxburg: E_PlotPurchaseInvalidName Error

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join Bloxburg.
2. Open Prebuilt Houses.
3. Select any prebuilt house
4. Press Buy
5. The error “E_PlotPurchaseInvalidName” appears.
6. Try renaming the plot (House 1).
7. The message “Because of your privacy settings, you are unable to do that.” appears.
8. Trying to select the plot results in “Invalid plot selected!”.

Explanation

Hello,

My Roblox username is Laama123443.

I am unable to purchase any prebuilt house in Bloxburg.

When I press Buy on any prebuilt house, I receive the error:

• E_PlotPurchaseInvalidName

I also receive the error:

• Invalid plot selected

When I try to rename my plot (House 1), I receive the message:

• “Because of your privacy settings, you are unable to do that.”

My account is age verified, my privacy settings are normal, and I have enough in-game cash to purchase the house.

I have already tried:

• Rejoining different servers.
• Restarting Roblox.
• Checking my privacy settings.

The issue has been happening for the past two days.

Could you please investigate my plot and help fix this issue?
