Hotbar Items Become Invisible with X Mark When Hovering

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a neighbourhood
2. Press the bag to open up your hotbar
3. Hover over the items in your hotbar

Explanation

While in a neighbourhood I have noticed that the hotbar's items go invisible with a massive X in it's place. That is when I hover over the items after pressing the bag to open up my hotbar. This issue does not occur in public servers, happens every single time in every neighbourhood I have been in.
