Vehicle Use Causes Character Death, Respawn, and Minimap Glitch

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using any vehicle.
2. Interact with the vehicle just fine the first few times.
3. After a few uses, trying to enter the vehicle kills my character and respawns me at my house.
4. It seems less likely to happen when parked in a parking spot.
5. Still experienced this glitch when entering a vehicle in a parking spot.
6. Primarily play the game on PS5.
7. Might be a contributing factor if this is a console version issue.

Explanation

Using a vehicle multiple times causes my character to die and respawn. This also causes the minimap to turn black and become unusable until I leave and re-enter the game. It's very jarring and disruptive, and has turned my partner off from playing the game, so I really hope it can be fixed so we can enjoy the game together. Thank you!
