Player House and Robux Disappeared After Disconnect

Steps to Reproduce

1. Purchased Robux from the official Roblox website.
2. Used the Robux to purchase Bloxburg money.
3. Used the Bloxburg money to purchase a prebuilt house.
4. Played normally, then suddenly got disconnected/glitched out of the game.
5. Rejoined Bloxburg and found that the house was missing.
6. The account showed that there were two plots even though there was only one before.
7. Tried accessing the second plot, but received an error code and could not load it.

Explanation

So on the Robux website, I had paid $38 for 3625 Robux. Just enough for me to get the Valley Vogue prebuilt house on Bloxburg. I buy the house and I enter build mode to redesign the inside and make my own touches to it and all of a sudden I get booted from the server because I had to reconnect apparently so I rejoin the game and my house is gone and it’s set to the default house, but then I noticed that I have two plots that I could join the second plot not available for me to join anytime I press it says there’s an error and it will not allow me to do so and every time I press it it brings me into this tiny little rectangular box that I can’t get out of unless I leave the game. My house is completely gone, and I have none of the money that I paid for I had in total from all of the stuff I had bought pluss the money I had beforehand 456,000.
