Steps to Reproduce

1. open the work app on the phone or go to the janitor room in the school
2. start the job

Explanation

the janitor job takes absolutely ages to level up. there used to be graffiti spawning in the school, alongside some trash on the floor. every single time i try to do that job to max it, no trash is spawning, no graffiti is spawning. i have tried server hopping if it was a faulty server, it doesn't do anything. this even happens on neighbourhoods. my graphics is max, never had this problem before.
