Steps to Reproduce
- Go near the beach where the multiple tents of NPC are
- Buy the Geode for 290$
- Go to your plot and place it
- Sell it for 591$
Explanation
You can buy the item "Geode" for 290$ and sell it at your plot for 591$, basically doubling your Money
