Ban Appeal Button Fails to Load, Preventing Re-appeal

Steps to Reproduce

1. when temporarily banned
2. click the appeal unban button
3. doesn't show anything on screen
4. stuck in loading screen
5. 10 mins later kicked from the game
6. depression

Explanation

I was banned in 2024 and appealed multiple times when I first got banned. I waited over a year, but I’m still banned. Now the in-game Ban Appeal button doesn’t work — it just keeps loading and never opens, so I can’t submit another appeal.

I’ve been told to wait for the appeal button to be fixed, but it has been a long time. Does anyone know if there is another way to get my ban reviewed or contact someone who can help?

I was banned around 2 to 3 years ago and back then they did a ban wipe and everyone’s ban was lifted, except mine. Yeah I reached out and tried talking to higher ups and didn’t get any form or responses or even info, when I try to join the game it just says (account ban) and I spend Robux on the game and hard effort so if I have to restart it’s understandable but I just want access to the game back because I have done nothing wrong.
