Explanation
random signs, text, and awards floating in the air, there's one by the high school (the photo attached) which is an RB battles award floating above one of the parking spots, there's also some white text by the pizza planet which can only be viewed at a certain angle and apparently one in the ocean, I haven't seen it myself however another user let me know in my original post in the questions channel. There might be others scattered around the map as well!
