Steps to Reproduce

1. Click the transform plus tool button
2. Click on an item
3. Usually first item clicked on will phantom transform
4. The transform X button at the bottom of screen no longer works
5. Exit build mode and the graphic of the tool still shows

Explanation

Phantom transform tool appears on screen and you can move the object around and do other things like placing walls and resizing, but graphics will not disappear even after hitting the X button or exiting build mode.
