Explanation

I have been having trouble with build mode. Every time I join the build mode, a chunks of my plot either dissapear or just wont load. Its been going on for several weeks now and its unplayable, because it just never loads. It happens with all my builds, even small, basic ones, that dont take up much plot data. It does not matter wether I rejoin or respawn, the issues wont go away.
