Map and plot sections disappearing in build mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join any Bloxburg server and play/build normally.
2. Parts of the map starts disappearing and reappearing randomly while in build mode.
3. The issue happens in every server and every time I enter build mode.

Explanation

Entering build-mode parts of the surrounding map and sections on my own plot would disappear on and off.
Meanwhile, outside of build-mode my plot would reload fully but other plots would have large square portions gone, even when I am within close proximity. My graphics are on low, I have restarted Roblox many times but this event has been persistent for a few weeks.
