Build Mode Rendering Bug: Incomplete/Distorted Builds and Camera Issues

Explanation

For about a month, I've been experiencing a bug in Build Mode where my build/house does not render correctly. Parts of the build appear invisible or distorted, and sometimes the camera/character ends up underneath the map. Because of this, I cannot properly see what I'm building or place/edit objects normally.
The issue happens while I'm in Build Mode and makes building extremely difficult because I can't see the structure or objects I'm trying to work with.
I've attached screenshots showing what the bug looks like when it happens. This has been happening consistently for around a month.
What I expected to happen:
My house and all placed objects should render normally in Build Mode, and I should be able to see and edit my build.
What actually happens:
The build partially disappears/loads incorrectly, the camera (after I took the screenshot) shows the underside of the map, and my character falling through it. I can't properly see what I'm building.
