1. I’ve tried leaving the game and rejoining
2. resetting the game
3. Tried doing everything possible

Explanation

I gifted a game pass to my friend, but they didn’t receive it even though I already spent Robux on it. I sent two game passes. One of them was received successfully, but the other one wasn’t. I’ve tried leaving the game and rejoining, resetting the game, and doing everything I could, but the other game pass still hasn’t appeared.
I purchased two game passes, Large Plot and Multiple Floors, but right now I only have Multiple Floors. This is proof that I actually purchased it and already spent the money.
