Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log into the account that has previously completed the school / junior-to-senior courses and holds the graduation certificate item/trophy.
  2. Check the active job earnings bonus percentage (currently displays 15% instead of the expected 20% granted by full completion).
  3. Open the school/course menu or view school progress.
  4. Observe that school progress has reverted to 0%.
  5. Attend a school class or complete a course task.
  6. Observe that class activities still accumulate points toward already-completed courses instead of reflecting full completion.

Explanation

Bug Title: Bloxburg School Course Progress Reset /
Incorrect Job Pay Bonus (Certificate Owned)

User Information:

• Platform: Mobile

Description of Issue:
My Roblox Junior to Senior / School course progress was unexpectedly and completely reset back to 0%. I have already completed the entire school and possess the official in-game graduation certificate (which grants the 20% job pay bonus), but my account is currently capped at the 15% bonus instead. Furthermore, attending school classes continues to award points toward courses that should already be 100% completed.

Expected Result:
Accounts holding the completed school certificate should retain 100% course completion status and receive the full 20% job pay bonus.

Actual Result:
School progress reset to 0%, job pay bonus reverted to 15%, and attending school continues to count points toward already-completed courses.

Proof:
I have attached a clear picture/screenshot of the graduation certificate showing full completion on this account.
